Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Scholar (“we”, “us”) covering the Scholar Heist web app at app.scholarheist.com and the “Save the Ad” browser extension. By creating an account or making a purchase you accept them. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.
What Scholar Heist is
Scholar Heist is a research and creation tool for advertisers: a curated library of real ad creatives with written recipes and prompts, plus studio tools that generate new, on-brand creatives from your own products and references. It is a professional tool for marketers, not a consumer marketplace.
Your account
You sign in with your email — using a password or a one-time code. Keep your credentials to yourself: the account is for you (or, on team tiers, your team), and you are responsible for what happens under it. Give us accurate information, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may be operating in a limited-access beta, in which case sign-ups can be restricted at our discretion.
Purchases and lifetime access
Paid tiers (Creator, Pro, Agency) are one-time purchases in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST, processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. A purchase unlocks the tier’s features for the lifetime of the product on the account that bought it. Access is per-account and not transferable or resellable. “Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of Scholar Heist as an operated service.
Acceptable use
The vault, its recipes and prompts are licensed to you for creating your own advertising. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the library or prompt collection itself, share paid access outside your licensed team, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing collection. Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, and don’t attempt to break, overload, or probe its security.
Your content and generated output
Brand kits, product images, and references you upload stay yours; you give us the limited licence needed to store and process them to run the product for you. Creatives you generate are yours to use commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and your published ads comply with law and platform policies — including any advertising claims they make.
Third-party material and AI providers
Reference ads in the vault are shown for research, analysis and education; their trademarks and copyrights remain with their owners, and inclusion is not an endorsement. If you connect your own AI provider key (bring-your-own-key), your use of that provider is governed by their terms, and the key stays in your browser as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We ship fast and the product evolves: features may be added, changed, or retired, and short maintenance windows can occur. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with a refund only where the Refund Policy provides one.
Liability
Scholar Heist is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
